The Kingfisher Park would like to ensure a unique, safe and enjoyable experience for all of its Guests. In line with this objective, we request our Guests to observe the following rules and regulations:

  1. Obey all trail rules and signs.

  2. Weapons (e.g., air-guns, firecrackers, bows and arrows, slingshots), alcoholic beverages, dangerous/hazardous materials, and other illegal substances are not allowed inside the park.

  3. It is forbidden to cut, injure, deface or disturb any tree, plant, shrub, rock, wall, fence, bench, sign, or other structures.

  4. Respect the animals. Do not tease, disturb, strike, injure, kill or in any manner harm any of the animals, birds or fowls in the Park.

  5. Any trash must be discarded in the trash cans provided.

  6. Fires are strictly prohibited in the park, except in specific places designated for this purpose.

  7. Smoking is prohibited inside the park grounds, except in designated areas.

  8. Children below 16 years of age are not allowed to enter the Park unless they are accompanied by an adult.

  9. Children must be supervised at all times.

  10. Respect fellow Park Guests and Guides. Please avoid abusive, profane, obscene, and offensive language and behavior towards other persons.

  11. Kingfisher Park reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person from the park.


  1. Please make sure that you are physically capable of participating in the activity you have chosen. You may inquire from any of our park guides about the physical requirements and/or the level of difficulty of your planned activity. The park will not be liable for injuries or death during the course of your stay.

  2. It is advisable that you plan your trip ahead of time. You may consult your park guide on the best way to undertake your chosen activity. For instance, the nature trails are best visited during the day.

  3. For guests who intend to go camping or take night hikes, kindly make special preparations for your activity with our park guides.

  4. Please wear proper clothes and footwear for hiking and mountain climbing.

  5. Guests who intend to kayak through the mangroves are advised that they may get wet. It is suggested that you store your personal belongings in waterproof containers/bags. A change/rest station is located at the foot of Mt. Lunes Santo for your convenience.

  6. Use of insect repellants is strongly recommended.
